Get to know me.
Since becoming a personal trainer in 2019, I have continuously been reminded of the diversified impact that weightlifting can have. It was an underlying love for food styling and photography that sparked my interest in the food sciences, and led me to the specialised area of nutrition and dietetics. My degree provided me with an immense amount of knowledge and practical experience to be able to navigate the complex field.
From understanding first-hand how powerfully interconnected the gut and brain are, I am extremely passionate about helping others to align their psychological and physical states. I aim to set people up for success by tapping into their key behaviours and lifestyle commitments to create unique plans. My approach will allow individuals to show up to their daily lives as best as they possibly can.
