Growing up, I always had a strong interest in health and fitness. Before completing my four-year dietetics degree, I qualified as both a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, which gave me an early appreciation for the powerful role nutrition and movement play in overall well-being.

Like many people, my relationship with food and exercise hasn’t always been straightforward. With a drive to lead a healthy lifestyle, I became overwhelmed by the constant noise and conflicting advice shared across the health and fitness space. Over time, this impacted both my physical and mental well-being, leading me to develop a much deeper understanding of the importance of balance, flexibility, and sustainable health practices.

Through both my professional training and personal experiences, I have become truly passionate about the connection between nutrition, psychology, and behaviour change. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals navigating gut health concerns, women’s health, and improving their relationship with food. My approach focuses on evidence-based nutrition while recognising that health should enhance your life - not consume it.

I love helping people build realistic, supportive habits that fit into their everyday lives, creating personalised approaches that feel sustainable, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable long term.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me going for walks with friends, trying new brunch spots, reading, admiring ceramics, or planning my next travel adventure.
